Mission Sunday and the Feast of St. Anthony Mary Gianelli

Mission Sunday on October 19th was a grace-filled celebration for the Sisters of Divya Sadan, Sonkatch, who helped the parish renew its call to proclaim the Gospel. Through well-animated liturgy, hymns, and simple dance, the Sisters led the community in praying for missionaries worldwide. A joyful food fair, organized with parishioners, strengthened unity and generosity. Fr. Manoj thanked all for their wholehearted participation.

On October 21st, the parish celebrated the Feast of St. Anthony Mary Gianelli with devotion. In his inspiring homily, Rev. Fr. Soni reminded everyone that “faith comes from hearing the Word of God” (Romans 10:17) and encouraged a courageous living of faith.

The following Sunday, the Sisters and candidates carried the Founder’s image in a reverent procession, singing the Gianellian anthem with joy. Sharing snacks after Mass added a warm, communal touch.
