All Soul’s Day Mission of the Sisters at Sangam Vihar
This year’s All Souls Day became a meaningful mission for the Sisters of Sangam Vihar, who took the lead in bringing light and prayer to forgotten graves across Delhi. Under the guidance of Sr. Ema, the Sisters actively accompanied the youth volunteers and SHG women, encouraging them and giving spiritual depth to the entire initiative.
Together, the Sisters and volunteers visited cemeteries, placed candles on unattended graves, and offered quiet prayers for the departed. The gentle glow of the candles transformed the silent spaces, reminding everyone that no soul is ever forgotten.
The Sisters’ presence, simplicity, and devotion deeply inspired the young people who joined them, turning this act of remembrance into a moment of grace for all.
This mission stands as a beautiful witness of the Sisters’ commitment to carry God’s light to those who are often overlooked and to keep alive the spirit of love, prayer, and compassion.
