The Sisters of Our Lady of the Garden are called to be present where life is most fragile—among children, women, the sick, the aged, the poor, and the displaced. Our mission is inseparable from our vocation; it is the Gospel in action. Through education, health care, women’s empowerment, charity, and pastoral care, we strive to make the compassionate love of Christ visible in concrete ways.

Our apostolate touches the lives of more than 3,000 people each year. Vulnerable children are supported through tuition centres, scholarships, daily meals, and computer literacy programs, helping them grow in knowledge and confidence. Women gain dignity and self-reliance through vocational training and self-help groups, while our rural dispensaries and health programs bring healing and awareness to the poor.

We operate four dispensaries in rural villages, where our Sisters remain available day and night to provide medical assistance to the needy. Our Sister nurses also serve in diocesan hospitals, offering care with compassion and dedication. The elderly find shelter and love in our home for aged women, and the most marginalized—ragpickers, migrants, and the displaced—are accompanied with solidarity and hope. Every initiative, whether big or small, flows from our charism: to serve with humility, to restore dignity, and to reveal Christ’s love to the world.
